School Levy-Vote By February 9th 2010
Brouillet PTA has voted to endorse and support the Puyallup School District’s
maintenance and operations levy measure on the February 9, 2010 ballot.
The current levy that is expiring provides funding for approximately 21
percent of the school district’s annual operating budget and helps fund music and art
programs, bus transportation, athletics and other extracurricular activities,
classroom instructional materials, additional teachers and support staff and
district priorities that do not receive ample funding from the state.
We are asking for your “Yes” vote to support the children of our community and
our public school system with continued local funding for education!
The election will be conducted by mail so please take quick action to mark your
ballot with a “Yes” vote and promptly return it in the mail.
